Gran bei momenti a "freak beach(localita' costa ripagnola),dove ho rincorso l'atmosfera magica di questo tratto di costa incontaminata...

in torbide note

nell'etereo baluginare

di filacci d'alghe

o cenere di carcassa

fattasi voce nei venti

che squassano il vesante

di un qualche monte

vorrei l'epitaffio ,

non scolpito su una STELE tra tante uguali;

L'ARTE NON E' COSI DIVERTENTE COME LA SI DIPINGE

DEDICATO A VINCENT-IN VINCENT'S MEMORY

Sin dall'inizio ho guardato ai grandi Maestri del passato con ammirazione
e so che fino alla fineloro saranno li ad insegnarmi,
se avro la pazienza e l'umiltà di abbandonarmi a loro.
Oltre ai quadri nella slideshow(quasi tutti quelli che ho dipinto ad olio)
ho riprodotto svariati capolavori dell'arte antica in veste di madonnaro
servendomi dei gessetti,un magnifico strumento x lavorare sulle grandi dimensioni.


From the very start I’ve been watching to the big Masters of the past with admiration
And I know they’ll be there until the end to show me the way,
if I’m humble and patient enough to let myself go through them.
The paintings in the slideshow are all OIL ON CANVAS,
I copied several old masterpieces as MADONNARO,as well,
using coloured chalks as a perfect medium for big surfaces like 3meters x 5…


Con questa riproduzione dei QUATTRO GIRASOLI di Van Ghogh
mi sono assicurato un dente nuovo di zecca,
per fortuna che c'è ancora chi supporta gli artisti.Grazie dunque al dott.Da Ponte
per la sua lungimiranza e arrivedercialla prossima capsula!

nell'idea,simulacro d'abbozzo
con cui parto,spatola alla mano...

Questo è il primo pezzo che mi ha dato soddisfazione.

Rappresenta il "soggiorno" della prima casa presa in affitto A Mola,

di fronte alla chiesa di S.Domenico, che si intravede oltre il balcone...

CHE MOMENTI E QUANTI RICORDI...

In quei giorni scoprivo la dura libertà dell'artista

ma la durezza ancora non mi colpiva,avevo dieci anni in meno

e soprattutto,ero entrato in un tunnel,quello della pittura,

il cui termine già si prospettava irraggiungibile

tanto che ancora oggi,dopo migliaia di giornate dedicate all'arte

ho la tentazione di tornare indietro

visto che forse non siamo neanche a metà...

1998.Fu una grande estate,una di quelle da ricordare.

This is the first painting wich I really felt satisfied of.
It represent the “living room” of the first house we rented in Mola
(a little town on the see just 20 ks south of Bari)in front of S.Domenico Church
in the background behind the balcony,
GREAT MEMORIES,
I just started to discover the hard freedom on the artist at the time,
But the harshness of it didn’t hit me jet,I was ten years yunger,
And I was entering a tunnel (with oil painting)that seemed endless from the start
Hence the CRAZY sensation to be nearly at the half of it,still in time to get back,
AFTER THOUSAND OF HOURS SPENT WITH ART…
1998. That was a beautyfoul summer,one you should remember forever…
